About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aviva. As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the street/market pricing of Aviva's Small Group health insurance products across the direct and intermediated channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform pricing decisions
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in a STEM subject
  • Pricing experience within a small corporate or private medical arena
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions to complex problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences
