The Position:
  1. Sales Advisor/Negotiator: Engage in strategic sales discussions and negotiate property sales agreements with discerning clients.
  2. Basic Salary: Circa £25,000 per year.
  3. Commission Structure: Commission rates start at 10% and can reach 20% upon meeting specific targets.
  4. Estimated OTE: Exceeding £85,000 annually.

  • Sales Background: Significant experience in sales negotiations and customer relations.
  • Highest Standards of Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to HNWI, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dedicated Work Ethic: Commitment to working 2 Saturdays per month and maintaining a flexible schedule when required.
