About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to provide individualized support to students with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant Psychology degree and a passion for working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
