About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at TIEVA. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining low levels of aged debt and ensuring timely payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chase debt due and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Oracle Netsuite to manage day-to-day credit control functions
  • Regularly contact customers to ensure payment within terms
  • Follow up on customer communications and resolve any issues
  • Upload payment promises and remittance information
  • Deal with missed payment promises and send out statements for all accounts
  • Monitor dunning letters and manage the Credit Control Inbox
  • Liaise with Sales and Fulfilment teams as necessary
  • Attend weekly debt meetings to discuss and resolve outstanding issues
Requirements
  • Experience with Oracle Netsuite
  • Experience in a busy Credit Control team
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
