Freelance Interpreter Required for Various Settings

We are seeking a professional interpreter to work with various public and private organizations in the UK. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.
Language Empire provides professional interpreting and translation services to the public and private sectors across the UK. We have been offering our services in the UK for over 20 years, covering hundreds of languages and dialects.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, have the right to work in the UK, and hold formal qualifications such as a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or a Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages.
As an interpreter, you will be responsible for listening to, understanding, and memorizing content in the source language, then reproducing the speech into the target language with 100% accuracy. You will also be required to check the non-English speaker's understanding after each sentence and liaise between the service user and service provider.
