We are seeking an experienced Adult Services Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service support, ensuring the implementation of best practices and service standards for our Young People Service 16+. Your key responsibilities will include building effective working relationships with practitioners, social workers, and managers in children's social care, and ensuring agile and flexible working across the practice system to guarantee consistent service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of common service support systems used throughout the council, as well as a good understanding of our customers' service support requirements. You will also need to have knowledge of national legislation, policies, standards, and initiatives relevant to this role within a local government environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £39,264 - £40,833 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
