Office Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring the smooth delivery of our contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local community issues and liaison with leaseholders
  • Coordinate the booking of visitors, including subcontractors and partners
  • Support the coordination of VIP visits and event planning
  • Contribute to wider targets, such as sustainability initiatives
  • Manage meeting bookings, including hospitality and setup
  • Oversee the management of stationery and printer consumables
  • Manage confidential and electrical waste
  • Coordinate the management of IT equipment and company assets
  • Ensure effective site communications
  • Provide occasional PA support, including meeting preparation, virtual conferencing setup, and minute taking
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator or Administrative role
  • Experience with booking systems and visitor management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
