We are seeking an experienced carer to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding residential, dementia, and respite care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a care setting, preferably with older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
