The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Pricing Analyst to join our team at Premier Guarantee. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for developing and reporting on effective pricing strategies, analyzing data, and ensuring competitive pricing to maintain profitability for new and existing products.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide regular reporting to our capacity providers and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the MI team to ensure the right data dashboards are set up to deliver on our strategic goals and priorities.
- Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives, and barriers where required.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights and intelligence to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in our pricing.
- Deliver high-quality relevant recommendations, driving and monitoring action areas for potential business development focus, for example, by identifying opportunities for specific target customers.
- Work with the Head of Technical Underwriting to help draft strategic pricing plans.
- Delivers results and proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ownership and accountability for performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and recommendations in a way that is simple to interpret for all types of audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Fully computer literate in MS Office applications, including Excel.
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service).
