Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair automated gate systems to ensure they're safe and secure.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and method statements to guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day site work, activities, and RHI site staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Purchase requirements for own RHI projects, always ensuring high-quality and efficiency.
  • Report defects, snags, and complaints to Automated Systems Manager and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives, ensuring excellent customer service and promoting Mitie's reputation.
  • Adhere to company management systems and processes, guaranteeing consistency and quality.
