Freight Delivery Driver

We are seeking a dedicated Freight Delivery Driver to join our team in Carlisle. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity for permanent employment.
As a Freight Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting freight from depots and delivering it to designated areas. You will also be required to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism, adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies, and manage your time efficiently to ensure all deliveries are completed within the scheduled hours.
The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driver's license with 1 year of proven van experience, no more than 6 points on their license (minor offenses only), and their own mobile data to scan parcels. They will also possess strong communication and customer service skills, physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
