Liberty Gas Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical work on our construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of electrical work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical work on site.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of electrical work.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of electrical work, including inspection and testing results.
- Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, with qualified supervisory experience.
- Previous experience working in a social housing environment, with knowledge of NICEIC certification and 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
