Strategic Sales Director for Enterprise Security Solutions

This is a senior leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving the sales strategy for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will lead a team of account directors, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA, focusing on key customers and partnerships.
- Matrix manage and support a team of account directors aligned to these accounts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management, fostering trust and understanding of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals, leveraging expertise and resources to drive growth.
- Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry, with a track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
