About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at our Selworthy Country House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of meals, including Afternoon Tea, and ensure that all food and beverage standards are met.
  • Participate in the preparation of picnic lunches for our guests, ensuring that all items are prepared to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team, working collaboratively to provide an exceptional guest experience.

About You:

  • You will have experience in hospitality or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You will be a team player, with the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
