We are seeking a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our award-winning Professional Indemnity team at a Top 50 law firm based in Leeds.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global, award-winning Insurance practice that has an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our market-leading Professional Indemnity team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defend high-value and complex claims against a wide variety of professional service providers and insurance disputes.
  • Focus on claims and related insurance issues concerning construction professionals, electrical and other specialist building service contractors, technology professionals, care and social welfare practitioners, and accountants.
  • Handle disputes ranging from small claims to multi-million-pound disputes.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a solid track record dealing with professional indemnity insurance claims (preferably from a defendant perspective).
  • Ideal experience working for an established insurance-focused or defendant firm or team.
