Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

Berrys is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our dynamic Building Consultancy team in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of project and professional-based building surveying work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-acquisition building surveys
  • Schedules of condition
  • Preparation and negotiation of schedule of dilapidations
  • Preparation of schedules of works
  • Project management
  • CDM assessment
  • Rebuild cost assessment for insurance purposes
  • Planned maintenance programmes
  • Party Wall Awards
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial property building surveying
  • Desirable: residential surveying experience
  • RICS Registered Building Surveyor
  • Post-qualification experience
