Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Art department
  • Foster a creative and inspiring learning environment
  • Promote excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high standards of student achievement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful Art Teacher, ideally with leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Passion for art education and fostering creativity
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and QTS (e.g. PGCE)
