In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes to learners in the Winchester region, focusing on their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face-to-face and remotely
  • Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Crafting tailored solutions for your learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career

You will be part of a dynamic team that promotes the wellbeing of all our learners and employees, and is fully committed to safeguarding, safer recruitment, and fulfilling our Prevent Duty obligations.

We offer a competitive salary package, with estimated salaries ranging from £27,500 to £28,500 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be held in-person or remotely. You can expect a two-stage interview process, which will comprise a 30-minute phone call with the Line Manager to discuss the position, and a one-hour formal interview where you will be asked to prepare and deliver a short micro-teach, shortly followed by competency and behavioural questions.
