{"Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispensary Assistant Technical Officer to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general duties within the dispensary team, contributing to the pharmacy service to patients of Hampshire Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Clear communication with the wider multi-disciplinary team in our hospital
* Effective prioritisation of urgent medication supplies
* Excellent customer service skills, prioritisation skills and accuracy are essential for this fast-paced role
* Administration support, stock management, supporting workflow

Job Requirements:

* 3 GCSE's including Maths, English and Science at grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Experience of using computers, particularly Microsoft Office and web-based learning
* Experience of customer-facing roles
* Previous experience with Wellsky/JAC pharmacy computer system (desirable)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* High attention to detail / good level of accuracy
* Ability to follow set procedures
