We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Airedale by Modine, a world leader in the delivery of innovative thermal management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing chillers and chiller systems, as well as strong electrical and mechanical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repair and maintenance work on Airedale and other manufacturers' refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to a high standard of accuracy. They will also work closely with customers, submit paperwork efficiently, and report day-to-day activity to ensure availability and productivity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about cooling systems and has a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will have the ability to work outside of normal office hours, including weekends, and must be able to maintain an excellent attendance record.

About the Role

  • Carry out repair and maintenance work on chillers and chiller systems to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Submit paperwork efficiently, including timesheets and expenses.
  • Report day-to-day activity to the Service Team Leader to ensure availability and productivity.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing chillers and chiller systems.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of different compressor technologies.
  • Ability to work outside of normal office hours, including weekends.
  • Maintain an excellent attendance record.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
