About the Role

\

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to join our team at Recruit 12. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading key projects with an industry-leading high-end manufacturer operating across various industries involved in advanced engineering projects.

\

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar) and proven project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. They will also possess strong organizational skills, including planning and prioritizing resources effectively.

\

Responsibilities include managing and communicating project plans with internal teams and clients, overseeing project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and mitigating project risks, and driving quality standards and continuous improvement across project management processes.

\

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 DOE, commensurate with your skills and experience.
