Main Responsibilities- Assist nurses and doctors with clinical tasks, such as venepuncture, cannulation, and simple wound dressings.
- Clean and maintain equipment after use, ensuring the units environments are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Communicate effectively with the MDT, ensuring information about patient needs is shared accurately and in confidence.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a care support role, preferably within an acute NHS trust setting.
- Possess a valid Care Certificate and demonstrate a good understanding of NHS policies and procedures.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records.
