With 10+ years of PQE experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, guiding the team and contributing to the growth and success of QED Legal.

You will work closely with the existing Director, learning the ins and outs of the department before taking on the leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and become a key figure within the firm.

QED Legal prioritizes a healthy work-life balance and offers a generous hybrid working arrangement. While some travel to the Preston office may be required, all fee earners have the flexibility to work remotely or from home.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the region of £85,000-£105,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, bonus scheme, and healthcare.
