About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead high-profile projects that align with business objectives. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will leverage insights, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and excellence. This role focuses on creating impactful, customer-centric solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and service quality across the operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Deployment: You will lead and oversee the deployment of strategic initiatives across the operation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and working collaboratively with senior leaders to execute projects that drive measurable improvements.
  • Process Improvement: You will continuously assess and refine operational processes across all functions, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, compliance, and quality. You will utilise data and industry best practices to inform decisions and optimise workflows to enhance operational resilience.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Compliance, Credit risk, Fraud and Collections Strategy Teams, Technology, and Customer Service, ensuring effective collaboration on projects that span multiple departments.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: You will ensure all initiatives are compliant with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and other relevant standards. You will implement controls to proactively manage risks, keeping processes adaptive to changing regulatory requirements and safeguarding the business and its customers.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include hybrid working, 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, annual bonus scheme, and enhanced maternity and adoption leave. Our full-time working hours are 36 hours per week, and we're an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
