Nightcare Provider

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sterling Cross Ltd's care home in Launceston.

This role involves providing overnight care to residents, supporting them to live safely and comfortably in our luxury residential and nursing care facility.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• At least 6 months' experience caring for elderly people
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desired)
