About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our Infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a generous pension scheme.

Requirements
  • Masters in Project Management or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in programme management, preferably in the infrastructure sector
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
