Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Circle Recruitment. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of technology-based projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver high-quality products
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure successful product launches
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including written reports, verbal feedback, and presentations
  • Lead and promote the needs of the team and product, understanding how these may vary across different product lifecycle phases
  • Responsible for service design, redesign, and operational delivery, ensuring ongoing success and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of technology-based projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze complex data
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong understanding of remote work practices
  • Security clearance: Security Check (SC Clearance)
