About the Role:

Shero Talent Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking electrical contractor based in Marlow. This is an integral role in their growth, requiring someone who can seamlessly integrate into their operations, take the lead on estimating tasks, and manage quotations and tenders of varying size and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Contract and Supply Chain Management: Leading the supply chain and pre-contract negotiations.
  • Lead and manage electrical bids and tenders from inception to submission, producing competitive tender documents.
  • Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
  • Work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure all estimates are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed estimates.
  • Utilise your experience to determine the type, quality, and cost of materials required for each project.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering and pricing, with a strong background of software packages.
