Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage projects from the point of winning through to handover/completion
  2. Attend launch and progress/site meetings as required
  3. Develop and manage project programmes to ensure deadlines are met
  4. Liaise internally and externally with clients as needed
  5. Manage sub-contractors when necessary
  6. Resolve issues and coordinate activities to deliver projects as planned

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record as a Contract/Project Manager in the architectural steelwork sector
  2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
  3. A positive can-do attitude
