Shaw healthcare is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking a skilled Bank Chef to join our team at The Grove. As a Bank Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, fresh, and home-cooked meals to our residents and their families.
About the Role
We are looking for a Culinary Expert who is passionate about providing exceptional food service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. As a Bank Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking meals for residents and others as required, in a timely manner.
- Providing a varied diet that caters to the cultural preferences of our residents.
- Catering for celebrations and other events in our Home.
- Ordering supplies within the catering budget and company policy guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP.
- Participating in inspections by Environmental Health and/or care regulators and Local Authorities.
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene within the kitchen by adhering to HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
- Assisting in the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and Welfare.
