About the RoleAs a Regional Security Officer with Wilson James, you will be responsible for maintaining a polite, courteous, and friendly manner towards the public, the client, and colleagues. You will make regular patrols and report any incidents or issues via radio or other devices.
You will be required to prevent unauthorized access to the premises, check desks for insecure items, and report any damage to perimeter fencing or property. You will also be responsible for remaining alert and vigilant to activity on the site, ensuring risks are minimized through prompt action, investigation, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a DS SIA Licence and experience in a security environment. However, we are willing to invest time and resources into someone who may be recently licensed, providing the first step towards their career.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around them safe and secure. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, experience in customer service, and basic IT skills.
They will be able to deliver excellent customer service, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure. A car driver's license is also essential for this role.
