About the Role

Golding Homes is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Analyst to join our Service and Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures, monitoring for security breaches, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect Golding Homes' information systems and data.
  • Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, working closely with the Service and Infrastructure Manager, Infrastructure Analysts, and IT Service Delivery Analysts.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a secure IT environment that supports our operational needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or similar.
  • Experience with security compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST.
  • Proven experience in IT security analysis.
  • Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption.
  • Experience with SOC implementation and management.
