Financial Assistant - 3 Month Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is hybrid, with a mix of office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accounting and controlling systems.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide assistance to Management Accountants.
  • Manage and maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Review and reconcile creditors and debtors accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Assistant (Bank) on payment timing and preparation.
  • Support commercial procurement processes.
  • Conduct credit control procedures.
  • Process employee expenses.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in accounting procedures and processes.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Sage 200.
