Purchase Ledger Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our dynamic team at MCS Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, purchase orders, and chasing dockets, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices and purchase orders
  • Chase and file dockets in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounts payable and financial administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft packages and Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
