About the Role

As a Sales Trainer for Powerforce's Lenovo & Motorola team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to in-store colleagues within technology retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training on Lenovo and Motorola products, ensuring that store staff have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell these brands.
  • Motivate and engage colleagues to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise in-store availability and visibility through merchandising, Point Of Sale (POS), and fixture compliance.
  • Support on Lenovo and Motorola events, working closely with the marketing team to ensure successful outcomes.

What You Need:

  • Full manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
  • Technology retailer experience and a passion for tech.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Manchester, Leeds, Blackpool, Sheffield, and surrounding areas.

Salary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum, plus up to 15% bonus and a company car.
