FE Teacher

We are seeking a qualified FE Teacher with experience in SEND to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to young people with physical and learning disabilities, aged 19 to 25 years, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the individual needs of SEND students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods and resources as required.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Lead and manage a team of SEND Teaching Assistants.
- Experience of working with SEND young people in education.
- Qualified in FE teaching to Level 5 or above, or qualified by experience.
- QTS eligible to apply as is Cert Ed, DTTLS etc.
- Have or be willing to complete a L5 FE Teaching Qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for supporting students to achieve their goals.
