Electronic Patient Record Implementation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst and Lead Trainer to join our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing care pathways aligned with your relevant work experience.
You will complete MEDITECH Expanse application training and undertake complex process design and configuration or modification to the EPR application. Additionally, you will attend the Train the Trainer course for MEDITECH Expanse module(s) aligned with your workstream and deliver MEDITECH Expanse training to other EPR Analysts and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement care pathways aligned with defined and agreed future state care pathways.
- Undertake complex process design and configuration or modification to the EPR application.
- Deliver MEDITECH Expanse training to other EPR Analysts and end-users.
- Support the delivery of training post-go live to ensure new joiners are competent enough to use MEDITECH Expanse.
