About the Role
  • Drive expansion and growth in Cambridge departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agribusiness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive growth. The salary for this position is £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance
  2. Work closely with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  3. Provide guidance and leadership to department members
  4. Identify skill gaps and recruitment opportunities
  5. Ensure department's financial performance and regulatory compliance

You will be responsible for working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to department members and ensuring that the department's financial performance and regulatory compliance are met.
