Safety Compliance Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Safety Compliance Expert to join our team at NEUTRA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and updating safety/emergency procedures, ensuring permit compliance, and leading risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action planning. You will also work closely with management teams and operators on site improvements and project developments.

A strong understanding of COMAH sites and ISO 45001/14001 standards is essential for this role. In addition, you should have a proven track record of success in EHS management, risk assessment, and incident handling.

About the Role:
  • Safety Leadership: Foster a zero-accident culture by championing best practices and coaching staff on the work floor.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain and update safety/emergency procedures, ensure permit compliance, and lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action planning.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
