**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at North Metro Knoxville Medical. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with direct patient care and health teaching
  • Deliver quality care through excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Collaborate with Physician and nursing staff regarding patient care
  • Provide clerical and patient-related support in record keeping, scheduling, and other functional areas
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
