About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare teams across various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and promote nutritional needs for patients
  • Assist in the recovery and recuperation of patients
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient care
  • Participate in comprehensive training and induction programs to develop your skills and knowledge

Working Patterns

We care for our patients around the clock, and we need our Healthcare Support Workers to work a range of shift patterns, including short shifts, day shifts, and 12.5 hour day and night shifts. We offer minimum contracted hours of 23 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week.
