Job Title: Property Damage Restoration Technician

At Core Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Property Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch solutions for water, fire, and accidental damage in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend new job allocations for domestic and commercial perils.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Follow company and quality procedures, including Health & Safety.
  • Conduct moisture surveys and apply drying techniques.
  • Prepare and calibrate equipment.
  • Communicate with customers, loss adjusters, builders, insurance companies, and policyholders.
  • Recommend and implement new methods and techniques.
  • Maintain and service the company van.
  • Input reports in real-time and update job statuses weekly.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Supervise subcontractors and additional technicians.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
