Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Systems team as a Workforce Systems Assistant. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the drive towards data integrity in our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

Main Duties

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Analysis of coding within ESR and updating or correcting data entries as necessary
  • Performing task-based work as part of large-scale projects on complex data sets
  • Building positive working relationships with other professional users of our systems to aid in data enhancements and system engagement

Person Specification

The successful candidate will possess:

  • GCSE Level or equivalent qualification in English
  • Typing skills/qualifications such as RSA/OCR 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience of working under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders
  • An understanding of the importance of data integrity
