Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Maestro to lead our team at Costa Coffee's Sheffield Drive Thru location.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Barista to take on leadership responsibilities, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Taking charge of shifts to support colleagues in delivering outstanding service
  
• Maximising sales by leveraging employees' strengths
  
• Training and accrediting new Baristas
  
• Staying up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and sharing knowledge with the team
  
• Maintaining high standards across all aspects of store operations
