Job Title: Field Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Team Leader to join our client's team at Acorn by Synergie. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Insurance Advisors who work in the field. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth, meet targets, and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a mentor and coach for a team of Insurance Advisors working in the field.
- Set and monitor targets for individual team members, and motivate them to achieve their sales goals.
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members to help them improve their performance.
- Ensure that the team is aligned with the company's business strategy, brand, objectives, and priorities.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a successful team leader, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to align team efforts with company objectives.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the team.
