Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Specialist Assessor to join our team at Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing students for post-secondary education opportunities and communicating the outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' suitability for post-secondary education
  • Evaluate student applications and provide written feedback
  • Attend meetings with students, parents, and staff to discuss assessment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Work-Life Balance: The successful candidate will enjoy a healthy work-life balance, working 36 hours per week during term-time and having two additional weeks off per year. The annual salary for this position is approximately £41,191.44 (inclusive of the London Weighting Allowance).
