The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and contributing to the overall success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
