Job Title: Yard Manager with Telehandler Duties

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yard Manager to join our team at Paula Berwick T/A Northants Recruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our storage yard, including the loading and unloading of equipment, performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's) and Off-Hire Inspections, and maintaining the appearance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading of all Equipment
  • PDI's and Off-Hire Inspections
  • Dispatch paperwork
  • Maintaining the appearance of equipment
  • Assisting in routine maintenance of generators and accessories
  • Maintaining the yard in an orderly manner
  • Responsible for stores and stock control
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telehandler operation and maintenance, with a valid telehandler license and a clean driving license. They will also be self-motivated and able to work safely both alone and as part of a team, in compliance with all current Health and Safety regulations and Company policies.
