About the Role:
The North Lanarkshire Council seeks a skilled and highly motivated Geospatial Analyst to join its Cartographic and Mapping Services project team. This role supports the delivery of The Plan for North Lanarkshire, a vision to improve equality, boost the local economy, transform communities, enhance opportunities, and create jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topographical land survey facilities to support the council's initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful, applicants must hold an HNC level or above in Land Survey / GIS / Cartography or a relevant subject and have extensive property experience. They should also have experience with AutoCAD software and hardware/software used for land and property data surveying, as well as knowledge of land ownership research and GIS software.
