About the Role:
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of colleagues and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and stock levels
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure efficient stock management
- Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
